Should our RC1 and RC3 security levels not fully address your requirements, our RC4 specification—which is upgradable to FB2, FB4, or FB6 ballistic resistance—will certainly resolve any remaining concerns.

In addition to its versatile rating, this model features a double-strengthened metal construction (leaf and frame) manufactured from electro-galvanised RUUKKI metal. Furthermore, it includes a Grade 7 Mottura lock with a deadlock feature for cylinder extraction, complemented by two additional sets of three-finger Mottura bolt mechanisms at the top and bottom. The security suite is further enhanced by eight hinge bolts, a Mottura hidden chain/night lock, and a magnetic defender designed to deter professional locksmithing attempts. Moreover, the door’s weight—starting from 150kg—acts as a critical protection layer by significantly reducing hit impacts.

To ensure a tailored fit, we offer numerous configurations for your specific project needs. For instance, an RC3 model with FB4 ballistics provides a cost-effective bulletproof option, whereas the RC4/FB4 and RC4/FB6 are bulletproof doors that provide maximum security alongside ballistic protection. Looking ahead, we are also currently testing an RC5 model, which will offer bullet resistance alongside a new feature providing specialised resistance to angle grinders.
